2020 Bulkers extends charters for Bulk Santos and Bulk Sao Paulo

Dry bulk shipowner 2020 Bulkers has extended the index-linked time charters with 11-13 months for Bulk Santos and Bulk Sao Paulo (both 208 000-dwt) with Costamare Bulkers.

The company said in a filing that the index-linked charters reflect a significant premium to a standard capesize vessel, as well as an additional premium related to the fuel cost saving from the scrubbers.

2020 Bulkers has six newcastlemax dry bulk vessels in operation. As it is reported, all vessels are fitted with exhaust scrubber systems.
