Established over six decades ago, Çelebi Aviation provides ground handling services at around 70 airports across six nations: Türkiye, Germany, Hungary, india, Indonesia, and Tanzania. The company boasts a workforce of about 16,000 employees worldwide.

The majority ownership (65%) lies with institutional investors from various countries including Canada and Singapore. Notable shareholders include actera Partners II L.P., wich holds half of the shares; Alpha Airport Services B.V., owning 15%; while the Çelebioğlu family retains 35% ownership.
