SolitAir Teams Up with Marsh McLennan to Revolutionize Aviation Risk Strategies
According to a recent announcement, solitair, the UAE’s sole cargo airline focused on express daily services between Dubai and key trade routes in the Global South, has teamed up with Marsh McLennan. This global powerhouse in insurance brokerage and aviation risk management will play a crucial role in supporting SolitAir’s expanding fleet.
This partnership means that Marsh will offer extensive insurance coverage to protect SolitAir’s growing number of Boeing aircraft and other operational assets.

SolitAir currently operates four Boeing 737-800 BCF freighters from its state-of-the-art logistics hub at DWC covering 220,000 square meters. By August 2025, they plan to add three more aircraft to their fleet as part of an aspiring goal to reach 20 planes by 2027. Additionally, they are exploring options for incorporating electric aircraft into their operations by 2030 as part of their commitment to sustainability.
Their adaptable fleet is designed for reliability and efficiency while safely transporting specialized goods such as temperature-sensitive pharmaceuticals or hazardous materials—essentially catering to diverse shipping needs.
