Lianson Fleet Group completes $10m disposal of AHTS vessel

Malaysia-based Lianson Fleet Group, formerly known as Icon Offshore, has completed the disposal of the Yinson Hermes for a total cash consideration of $10 million. The transaction was carried out through its indirect wholly owned subsidiary, Icon Piai 1 on January 8, 2026.

The Yinson Hermes is a Malaysian-flagged DP-1 anchor handling tug and supply (AHTS) vessel built in 2015. It has a deadweight tonnage of 1,300 and was sold to an unrelated third party incorporated in the United Arab Emirates.
