

Fincantieri has delivered the newest cruise ship Oceania Allura to Oceania Cruises, a cruise line under Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. The handover ceremony was held at the Sestri Ponente shipyard in Genoa, Italy.
This is the latest ship to join Oceania Cruises’ fleet and is the sister ship of Oceania Vista, which was delivered by the same shipyard in 2023.
The delivery ceremony was attended by several top executives, including Pierroberto Folgiero, CEO and Managing Director of Fincantieri, Luigi Matarazzo, General Manager of Fincantieri’s Merchant Ships Division, Harry Sommer, President and CEO of Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd., and Jason Montague, Chief Luxury Officer of Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd.
Oceania Allura has a gross tonnage of about 68,000 tons, a length of 246 meters, and can carry 1,200 passengers in 600 staterooms. It provides a mix of elegance, fine dining, and travel experiences focused on destinations.
