Greece-based and New York-listed Diana Shipping, through a separate wholly-owned subsidiary, has entered into a time charter contract with Paralos Shipping, for one of its kamsarmax dry bulk vessels, the Myrsini.

Greece-based and New York-listed Diana Shipping, through a separate wholly-owned subsidiary, has entered into a time charter contract with Paralos Shipping, for one of its kamsarmax dry bulk vessels, the Myrsini.

Paralos Shipping hired the 82,117-dwt kamsarmax bulk vessel built in 2010.

The vessel is chartered for a gross charter rate of $13,500 per day, minus a 5.00% commission paid to third parties, for a period until minimum December 20, 2026, up to maximum February 20, 2027.

The charter is expected to begin on January 1, 2026.

The bulker Myrsini is currently chartered to Cargill International SA, Geneva, at a gross charter rate of $13,000 per day, minus a 4.75% commission paid to third parties.

The employment of Myrsini is anticipated to generate a total of approximately $4.71m of gross revenue for the minimum scheduled period of the time charter.

Diana Shipping Inc.’s fleet currently consists of 36 dry bulk vessels
