Greek authorities target maritime fuel smuggling
The Greek Independent Public Revenue Authority (AADE) has intensified its campaign against fuel smuggling, focusing on maritime operations.
The Maritime Control Teams of the Attica Maritime Police, using anti-smuggling vessels and working in close coordination with the Central Operations Room of the AADE, have reportedly been conducting daily targeted inspections on ships and coastal facilities, particularly in areas where marine fuel is supplied.
