Arkas Line commences new West Africa Service

To boost its operations in the West Africa trade lane, Arkas Line plans to add solely-operated services, expand its regional network, and improve overall efficiency.
Following its recent expansion into India with the India Med Service, Arkas Line will now commence the West Africa Service (WAS), which will be operated by the company’s boxships Mario A, Cristina A, Jean Pierre A, and Diane A, each with a capacity of 1,600 TEUs.
The West Africa Service, operating with regular weekly sailings, aims to provide customers with shorter transit times and more flexible solutions.
The updated West Africa Service route will be Tangier (Morocco) – Casablanca (Morocco) – Dakar (Senegal) – Lagos (Tincan / Apapa, Nigeria) – Tema (Ghana) – Abidjan (Côte d’Ivoire)– Nouakchott (Mauritania) – Tangier.
