CMA CGM implements new peak season surcharge from Asia to Africa

Marseille-headquartered container line CMA CGM has announced a new peak season surcharge (PSS) for sailings from China and Hong Kong to African destinations.
In particular, the French carrier will apply a surcharge of US$150 per TEU for dry boxes from China, Hong Kong and Macau SAR to Côte d’Ivoire, Benin, Ghana, Togo and Equatorial Guinea.
The new PSS will be effective from 15 April and valid until further notice.
