Hai An launches new service to Lianyungang Port

Hai An Transport and Stevedoring Joint Stock Company launched a new direct container shipping service to Lianyungang Port, China, marking a significant step in the company’s international expansion and reinforcing its position in the Intra-Asia shipping market.

The new ECX service connects, Ho Chi Minh City – Hai Phong – Lianyungang – Hai Phong – Ho Chi Minh City, with a fortnightly frequency. This route makes Hai An the first Vietnamese carrier to directly serve Lianyungang, a key northern Chinese gateway.

Operated by two Hai An vessels {HAIAN TIME (1,032 TEU) and HAIAN BELL (1,200 TEU)} the service aims to offer optimal transit times and enhanced logistics efficiency for shippers in both Vietnam and China.

This new link brings Hai An’s direct services to China to three, now covering Nansha, Qinzhou, and Lianyungang.
