JAS acquires Pentagon Freight Services

JAS, a global leader in logistics and supply chain solutions, has completed the acquisition of Pentagon Freight Services, a UK-headquartered specialist in freight forwarding, project logistics, and ship’s agency operations. The acquisition follows all necessary regulatory approvals and marks a major milestone in JAS’s expansion strategy.

This move significantly enhances JAS’s ability to deliver specialized logistics solutions across the Oil & Gas, Energy, Marine, and Construction sectors, integrating Pentagon’s 1,200 employees across 65 offices worldwide into its global network.
