CMA CGM announces Updated FAK rates
CMA CGM has announced new Freight All Kinds (FAK) rates effective December 1, 2025, for shipments from the Mediterranean to the Middle East and Red Sea regions.
To the Middle East Gulf:

| West Mediterranean | 1,000 | 1,100 |
| Adriatic | 1,050 | 1,150 |
| Black Sea | 800 | 900 |
| East Mediterranean | 950 | 1,050 |
To the Red Sea:
| Origin | USD per 20′ | USD per 40′ & 40′ HC |
|---|---|---|
| West Mediterranean | 900 | 1,000 |
| Adriatic | 900 | 950 |
| East Mediterranean | 800 | 850 |
The updated FAK rates apply as follows:

Origin range: Mediterranean main ports

Destination range: All Middle East & Red Sea base ports

Cargo type: Dry and paying empties

Effective date: December 1, 2025 (based on loading date at origin ports)
The carrier stated that the rate revision is designed to ensure continued service reliability and operational efficiency across these vital trade corridors.
