AD Ports Group posts record Q3 profit

AD Ports Group reported its highest quarterly net profit since its 2022 listing. Net profit reached AED 596 million in Q3 2025, up 34% year on year. Strong cargo volumes, higher industrial land leases, and rising shipping activity supported the performance.

Strong Momentum Across Core Operations

The Group continued to build on its 2025 growth trajectory. Ports, Economic Cities & Free Zones, and Maritime & Shipping all delivered strong operational results.

General cargo volumes and container throughput increased at double-digit rates. Container feeder volumes rose 31%. Warehouse and staff accommodation utilisation also improved sharply.

Simplified Structure to Boost Efficiency

AD Ports Group reshaped its organisation by integrating the former Digital cluster into a federated model. The Group now operates through four clusters: Ports, Economic Cities & Free Zones, Maritime & Shipping, and Logistics.

The change aims to accelerate AI adoption, enhance performance, and align digital services more closely with business needs.

Performance Amid Global Trade Disruptions

The Group maintained service reliability despite global supply chain challenges and shifting tariff regimes.

Ports and Economic Cities & Free Zones remain the backbone of AD Ports Group’s infrastructure-led strategy, while Maritime & Shipping and Logistics provide end-to-end customer solutions.

CEO: ‘Our Strongest Quarter Since Listing’

Managing Director and Group CEO Captain Mohamed Juma Al Shamisi said the record quarter reflects the success of the Group’s international expansion strategy. He highlighted robust growth in cargo volumes, land leases, and shipping activity.

He added that the Group continues to navigate geopolitical volatility while pushing forward with sustainable initiatives and long-term value creation.
