Grimaldi sells 5% stake in TDT to Livorno Port Company
The Grimaldi Group has sold a 5% share in Terminal Darsena Toscana (TDT) to the Livorno Port Company (Compagnia Portuale di Livorno Società Cooperativa). The transaction, completed in July, returns the cooperative to a terminal in which it previously held a stake, reported by Dynaliners.
The Livorno Port Company had been linked to a possible takeover of TDT in 2023 — a scenario it publicly denied at the time. Grimaldi, which acquired TDT outright in early 2024, will retain ownership of the remaining 95%.
