SITC returns to Huanghai for six more 2,700 TEU ships
SITC Container Lines’ ship-owning affiliate, SITC Shipowning, has commissioned six more 2,700 TEU ships at China’s Huanghai Shipbuilding, adding to four vessels ordered there in August.
The Hong Kong-based intra-Asia carrier has been growing its owned fleet to manage high charter costs, a company representative told Container News.
