Kyklades aframax tanker heads to Turkey with Russian oil after Tupras U-turn

Turkey's biggest refiner is reported to have resumed buying Russian crude cargoes after calling a halt in February.

Three trading sources, backed up by shipping data, told Reuters that Tupras is back in the market for Urals oil, marking a U-turn on its earlier stance, which was adopted due to stronger US sanctions in January.
