Three dead after two tour boats capsize in southwestern China

One of the rescued passengers told local media that the conditions on the river were still normal shortly after the boats set sail but that a sudden squall with rain and strong winds later formed in the area, resulting in poor visibility.

The two boats capsized shortly afterwards, and more than 70 people ended up in the water.
