Global: Absolutely! Post-pandemic demand has shifted significantly; airlines and forwarders are leaning towards flexible partners who know local markets well. We’ve ramped up our local presence and built specialized teams focused on sectors like pharmaceuticals and perishables.Our longstanding airline ties allow us to respond swiftly to these changing needs—showing we can deliver when it counts.

ACW: With economic uncertainty hanging around, how are airlines viewing their partnerships with GSAs? Are they tightening their belts?

Global:The current economic climate has made airlines more discerning about their GSSA partnerships.They’re shifting from just looking for cost savings to seeking long-term value and trustworthiness in partners who offer versatility along with capacity.
