One missing after boat capsizes off northern Kenya

The Kenya Red Cross, the Kenya Coast Guard Service, and other local agencies deployed to the area following the incident and rescued the other three people who were on the boat.

Local authorities said there had been a prior forecast of rough sea conditions in the area over the weekend, with waves of as high as two metres and wind speeds of up to 30 knots.
