Vessel attacked near Yemen's Hodeidah leaves two crew injured, two missing

Two crew members were seriously wounded and two were missing, the company said, adding that armed security guards were on board.

The vessel's bridge was hit, an official at Cosmoship said, adding that telecommunications had been impacted and contacting the crew was hard.

Earlier in the day, Yemen’s Iran-aligned Houthis said that the Magic Seas, a cargo ship they attacked with gunfire, rockets and explosive-laden remote-controlled boats, had sunk in the Red Sea, after their first known attack on the high seas this year.
