Gilbarco Veeder-Root offloads operations in Europe to TSG

Vontier company Gilbarco Veeder-Root has completed the divestiture of its European service operations to TSG, a provider of mobility solutions.
First announced in May, the transaction aligns with Gilbarco Veeder-Root’s strategy to optimise its business portfolio.

The divestiture encompasses the company’s service operations in the UK, Finland, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.
Known for maintaining a variety of energy distribution infrastructures for mobility, TSG aims to extend its service capabilities in the Nordics and Baltics, as well as strengthen its footprint in Europe.
Under this deal, more than 380 professionals, including project managers, engineers and field technicians, will transition from Gilbarco Veeder-Root to TSG.

By GlobalDataGilbarco Veeder-Root will now be able to concentrate on its core technologies, while ensuring service continuity and spare parts management through coordinated arrangements with TSG.
The company aims to leverage TSG’s experience and market presence to guarantee a transition and continued service for its customers.

TSG operates in energy distribution infrastructures for mobility, including fuel and biofuel service stations, electric vehicle charging networks, and LPG/LNG and hydrogen facilities.
The company has a workforce exceeding 6,400 employees, and its sales figures reached €1.25bn as of the end of April 2025.
