Fire on Morning Midas extinguished, specialist tugs take over towing

Visual scans now show there are no more flames on car carrier Morning Midas, which suffered a fire while sailing from China to Mexico.

Ship owner Zodiac Maritime Agencies said on 16 June the scans were taken by salvage and firefighting specialists from salvor Resolve Marine and show the ship remains watertight.
