Hede Shipping closes Transpacific HDS2 service
Hede Shipping has officially closed its Transpacific HDS2 service following the mid-September 2025 sailing of an 1,800 TEU vessel.
Coverage for Huanghua will continue via a feeder link to Shanghai, connecting with the Shanghai–Los Angeles HDS service. This route is currently operated with vessels averaging 2,300 TEU, ensuring continued service despite the closure of HDS2.
