ADNOC L&S to join MSCI Emerging Markets Index

ADNOC Logistics & Services (ADNOC L&S) will join the MSCI Emerging Markets Index on November 25, 2025. The inclusion could attract over $200 million in passive inflows and boost the company’s global visibility.

In August, ADNOC L&S completed a $317 million secondary offering. This increased the free float to about 22% and quadrupled daily trading volumes. The offering was seven times oversubscribed, showing strong investor confidence.

ADNOC L&S is the fourth ADNOC Group company in the MSCI EM Index, alongside ADNOC Distribution, ADNOC Drilling, and ADNOC Gas. This strengthens ADNOC’s presence in global capital markets.

The company has 23 newbuild vessels under construction, with deliveries through 2028. These vessels will generate over $10 billion in revenue. Total long-term contracted revenue exceeds $26 billion, providing strong earnings visibility.

CEO Captain Abdulkareem Al Masabi said: “Joining the MSCI EM Index endorses ADNOC L&S’s growth. It improves access to international capital and supports our strategy to scale operations and deliver shareholder returns.”

For 2025, ADNOC L&S targets a $325 million dividend, nearly 20% higher than 2024. Quarterly payouts will start in Q3. The company aims for cumulative dividends of $2.2 billion by 2030. Since its IPO, ADNOC L&S has delivered nearly 200% total shareholder return, backed by strong revenue and EBITDA growth.
