Agility rebrands as Makhazen
Agility Public Warehousing Company KSCP, listed on Boursa Kuwait and the Dubai Financial Market, has rebranded as Makhazen, effective immediately.
The new brand reflects the company’s Kuwait-focused growth strategy, announced on 18 June 2025. Makhazen aims to support Kuwait’s Vision 2035 by investing over KWD 100 million by 2030 in projects that advance infrastructure and economic diversification.
Makhazen will channel capital and expertise into non-oil sectors, helping to develop modern logistics and industrial infrastructure that boosts trade, creates jobs, and supports sustainable growth.
“We’re taking the next step in aligning with Kuwait’s economic transformation,” said Tarek Sultan, Vice Chairman. “Our new identity reflects our focus on building infrastructure and sectors that drive long-term national development.”
The rebrand builds on Agility’s legacy under the 1979 Amiri Decree, which established the company to develop strategic warehousing and infrastructure in Sulaibiya, Doha, and Mina Abdullah.
To ensure alignment with national priorities, the Board of Directors has formed a permanent senior committee to oversee development projects and maintain dialogue with government authorities.
Makhazen has begun using its new logo and trademark, while the Board has also proposed a legal name change, pending shareholder approval at an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM).
