ANL enhances WESTPAC service

ANL has announced a major upgrade to its WESTPAC service with the introduction of a third vessel and a shift to a biweekly sailing frequency. The first vessel under the enhanced schedule is expected to call New Zealand ports on 27 December 2025.

The upgraded service now operates on a 42-day rotation, supported by three dedicated vessels to strengthen reliability and frequency across key markets in New Zealand, Australia, Papua New Guinea, Vanuatu, Solomon Islands and New Caledonia.

Alongside its core port coverage, the WESTPAC service continues to provide connections to a wider Pacific network, offering both eastbound and westbound Trans-Tasman options. ANL said the addition of the third vessel will improve schedule consistency, increase capacity and offer more frequent sailings, helping cargo move smoothly throughout the region.

The carrier noted that these enhancements reinforce its commitment to offering dependable, flexible and regular shipping solutions across Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific Islands.

ANL described the WESTPAC service as a strategic and trusted regional link, supporting supply chains with stable and resilient connectivity across the Pacific.
