Fincantieri projects strong growth in 2026-2030 Business Plan
Fincantieri S.p.A. has approved its 2026-2030 Business Plan, outlining ambitious growth, sustainability, and efficiency targets. The plan anticipates 2030 revenues of €12.5 billion, up 40% from 2025, and EBITDA of €1.25 billion, a 90% increase. Net profit is expected to reach €500 million, while cash generation will accelerate deleveraging.
The company plans over €50 billion in new orders, with Defense sector contracts expected to rise in 2026. In addition, Italian shipyards in the Defense segment will double production capacity to meet domestic and international demand. Productivity will increase across all commercial segments through better utilization of global production resources.
Fincantieri will continue enhancing strategic projects, including operational excellence, procurement excellence, digital ship development, and energy transition initiatives. Also, the plan focuses on strengthening the Underwater segment and exploring inorganic growth opportunities. Sustainability targets are fully integrated, aligned with the principles of Innovation, Inclusion, and Integrity.
Moreover, the Group will present full details at its Capital Markets Day in Milan during Q1 2026.

This strategy will generate industrial impact, create jobs, and enhance our global position.”
