CMA CGM and COSCO revise round-the-world Far East–Caribbean service

CMA CGM and COSCO Shipping Lines have revised their joint eastbound round-the-world Far East–Caribbean service, branded PEX2/CAX2, with the addition of Ho Chi Minh City (Cai Mep) and Manzanillo, Mexico.

The service update enhances port coverage on both the Far East and Caribbean legs, strengthening connectivity between Asia and key markets in the Americas.

Updated service rotation

Under the revised configuration, the rotation is as follows:

Ho Chi Minh (Cai Mep) – Shenzhen (Shekou) – Hong Kong – Ningbo – Shanghai – Qingdao – Busan – Manzanillo (Mexico) – Cartagena – Kingston – Caucedo – Ho Chi Minh (Cai Mep)

The adjustment reflects ongoing network optimization by CMA CGM and COSCO Shipping Lines to better align capacity and port coverage with evolving trade flows on the Far East–Caribbean corridor.
