AMERIGO service to add Fos-sur-Mer call in France
CMA CGM has announced that its AMERIGO transatlantic service will include a new call at Fos-sur-Mer, France, as part of ongoing efforts to enhance network coverage and service efficiency.
The first call at Fos-sur-Mer, operating via the Eurofos Terminal, is scheduled for 10 February 2026. The inaugural call will be made by the vessel CMA CGM ENDURANCE, operating under voyage reference 0MRKJW1MA for export and 0MRK2E1MA for import.
Following the update, the AMERIGO service rotation will be as follows: La Spezia – Genoa – Fos-sur-Mer – Valencia – Algeciras – Halifax – New York – Norfolk – Savannah – Miami – Algeciras – La Spezia.
According to CMA CGM, the inclusion of Fos-sur-Mer is expected to support network stability across the transatlantic trade while strengthening service offerings for French customers. The new call will also enhance connectivity to and from the Lyon region through reliable owned barge connections, improving inland access and logistics efficiency.
The service update reflects CMA CGM’s continued focus on strengthening its transatlantic network and supporting customers with efficient and reliable transport solutions.
