Freightos Q4 2025 KPIs beat expectations
Freightos has reported stronger-than-expected key performance indicators for the fourth quarter of 2025, underscoring continued momentum across its digital freight booking platform.
The Barcelona-based company said Q4 transactions reached 445,000, marking a 27% year-on-year increase. The figure slightly exceeded management’s expectations and capped the company’s 24th consecutive quarter of record transaction volumes.
For the full year, transactions rose 26% to 1.64 million, remaining firmly within Freightos’ long-term growth target range of 20% to 30%.
Gross Booking Value also delivered solid gains. GBV reached $357 million in the fourth quarter, up 27% year on year. Full-year GBV climbed to $1.29 billion, representing growth of 44% compared with 2024.
Growth during the quarter was driven primarily by WebCargo, Freightos’ air cargo booking platform connecting airlines and freight forwarders. The carrier portal continued to scale and made a growing contribution. The company’s North American rate management platform, 7LFreight, also recorded strong growth, albeit from a smaller base.
Freightos maintained a record 77 active carriers on its platform during the quarter. The company said this stability reflects sustained engagement from integrated airlines. At the same time, it continues to expand coverage through regional and specialist carriers. Recent additions include Euroairlines, Jambojet, and Pattaya Airways, which are currently being integrated.
Buyer activity also edged higher. Unique buyer users increased slightly to around 20,700 in the fourth quarter.
Commenting on the results, Freightos CFO and Interim CEO Pablo Pinillos said the figures demonstrate the strength and resilience of the company’s network.
“With most major airlines already active on the platform, we are expanding coverage with regional and specialist carriers and increasing transaction density across the ecosystem,” Pinillos said. He added that Freightos continues to prepare its platform for broader participation from ocean carriers as adoption expands across transport modes.
Freightos plans to report its full fourth-quarter and full-year 2025 earnings on February 23, 2026.
