Eimskip removes Rotterdam from Yellow Line service
Eimskip has removed Rotterdam from its North Europe–Faroe Islands–Iceland Yellow Line service, just five months after the port was added to the rotation.
Following the change, the service will be operated by two vessels of around 700 TEU capacity. The revised rotation will call at Immingham, Frederikstad, Aarhus, Torshavn, Reykjavik, Vestmannaeyjar, Torshavn, before returning to Immingham.
The adjustment reflects a refinement of port coverage on the Yellow Line, with Eimskip continuing to focus on key North Atlantic markets linking Northern Europe, the Faroe Islands and Iceland.
