Heidmar Maritime Holdings terminates agreement to acquire C/V A. Obelix

Heidmar Maritime Holdings Corp., an Athens-based commercial and pool management company servicing the crude and product tanker market, has announced the termination of its agreement to acquire the vessel C/V A. Obelix.

The company said the Memorandum of Agreement, originally announced on July 7, 2025, was mutually terminated in accordance with its terms. The deposit paid in connection with the transaction has been returned in full, and the termination will have no financial impact on the company.

Heidmar operates globally with offices in Athens, London, Singapore, Chennai, Hong Kong, and Dubai, and focuses on safety, performance, long-term relationships, and transparency in its tanker management activities.
