The Fratelli Cosulich Group celebrated on October 9 the launch of the methanol-powered IMO II chemical bunker tanker Maya Cosulich at Taizhou Maple Leaf Shipyard.
The ceremony was attended by Ms. Hoe Sook Mei from the Singapore office, who served as the vessel’s Godmother, officially launching the ship with the traditional ribbon-cutting ceremony. She will operate in the Port of Singapore.
Designed by SeaTech Solutions International Pte Ltd, the Maya Cosulich is equipped with diesel-electric propulsion, onboard battery storage, and two mass flow meters (MFMs).
Upon her arrival in Singapore at the end of 2025, Maya Cosulich will begin operations under time charter with TFG Marine.
