A shadow fleet tanker was 10 minutes from grounding off Finland, the coast guard has revealed.
The incident took place last week in international waters near the Kalbadagrund Lighthouse, according to a statement cited by Pravda in Ukraine.
“The vessel was heading west, which could have caused it to run aground within 10 minutes,” the coast guard added.
