Teekay Tankers flips two suezmaxes after nearly a decade in group’s fleet

Teekay Tankers has netted a premium in selling two suezmaxes to a buyer in Africa.

The 156,900-dwt Cascade Spirit and 157,000-dwt Aspen Spirit (both built 2009) fetched $75m en bloc from unnamed Nigerian buyers, according to broker reports.
