Kevin Lager Takes the Helm as SVP of Fuel for Menzies Aviation in the Americas
Menzies Aviation has just promoted Kevin Lager to the role of senior Vice President Fuel Americas, effective right away.
With over 30 years in aviation fuelling under his belt, Kevin’s expertise covers everything from managing fuel storage facilities to leading into-plane fuelling operations.His background also includes a decade of service in the United states Marine Corps, where he dedicated ten years on active duty and another twenty in reserves.
Since joining Menzies Aviation as Sales Director for Into-Plane Fuelling back in December 2019, Kevin has shown remarkable strategic insight and operational skill. His rise to Vice President Fuelling in November 2021 was a notable milestone for our fuelling services across the Americas. In that capacity, he played a key role in improving service delivery and building strong customer relationships while expanding our North American network to over 50 into-plane fuelling sites and 55 fuel storage locations.
Kevin is stepping into his new position immediately, collaborating closely with Randy Davies, who will retire soon after an remarkable career at Menzies. Randy joined the company back in 2011 and managed U.S. ground handling operations along with sales initiatives before taking on various leadership roles within Menzies after its acquisition of ASIG.
