Naf Naf Middle Eastern Grill CEO Greg Willman to step down
Naf Naf Middle Eastern Grill has announced that its CEO Greg Willman has decided to retire from his executive role at the restaurant brand and has informed the company’s board.
He joined Naf Naf in 2019 as its initial franchisee, launching the fast-casual Middle Eastern dining concept in Indianapolis and Carmel in the US state of Indiana, where he lives.

In 2020, he took on the role of CEO and joined the board of directors, going on to become its chair.
During his time as leader, the brand has seen steady expansion and earned national attention.
Current chief financial officer Grady Metoyer has been named as interim CEO.
Willman stated: “I’ve enjoyed my time at Naf Naf immensely and I am very excited about the brand’s future.

Metoyer has more than 25 years of leadership experience in the food and beverage sector and has been Naf Naf’s chief financial officer for eight years.
Before joining Naf Naf, Metoyer served as Sysco Finance vice-president and SYGMA executive vice-president. SYGMA is a wholly owned subsidiary of Sysco.
Metoyer also served as vice-president for finance and administration at Food Brand, a restaurant company with more than 100 fast-casual restaurants.
He stated: “I am humbled and excited to be named as the interim CEO of Naf Naf Holdings. I look forward to working with Greg, the board and our team in creating a seamless hand-off of the CEO role and smooth continuation of the strong momentum in the brand.”
In May 2025, Naf Naf Middle Eastern Grill expanded its reach to the US West with the opening of a new location in Barstow, California. Headquartered in Chicago, Naf Naf Grill has 39 locations in the US.
