Maersk announces adjustments to three services

Maersk has announced a series of service enhancements to its Tango, Paraná River Express, and Conosur routes, set to take effect in July 2025.

These changes are designed to improve operational efficiency and better align port calls with customer and terminal needs across key locations in South America.

As part of the first adjustment, Maersk will relocate the export operations of its Tango service from Brasil Terminal Portuário to DP World Santos. This transition will officially begin on July 13, 2025, with the Maersk Monte Pascoal, voyage 527N, marking the first export call at the new terminal.

The second change affects the Paraná River Express service.

Maersk will remove the Itapoá port call from this rotation, with the Maersk Venezia, voyage 526S, conducting the final call at BRIOA. In its place, the service will implement a dual-call strategy in Santos.

The BTP terminal will remain part of the schedule, while DP World Santos will be added as an additional call. The AS Sabine, voyage 527S, will be the first vessel to call at DP World Santos under this new configuration.

The third enhancement applies to the Conosur service.

The Maersk Acadia, voyage 528W, is scheduled to call at Itapoá with an estimated time of arrival on July 10, 2025, followed by a call at RIO ICTSI/Libra with an ETA on July 12, 2025.
