Toll Group launches finished vehicle logistics service in China
Toll China has launched its new Finished Vehicle (FV) logistics service, marking its entry into China’s finished vehicle market. The opening ceremony took place at the YunPu Warehouse in Guangzhou, with Toll employees and senior leaders in attendance.
This launch represents Toll’s first step into FV logistics in China. Operations begin in Guangdong province, with plans to expand into East, North, and West China. The service supports Toll’s strategy to build end-to-end automotive export logistics across the entire supply chain.
The FV service will transport passenger vehicles, including gas-powered and electric models. The fleet, built by DongFeng Group, includes standard carriers that can transport up to eight vehicles, or nine mini sedans, per truck.
“Our goal is to provide comprehensive automotive logistics solutions, starting with domestic transportation and expanding into export, aftermarket, and inbound manufacturing logistics,” said Morris Ong, Toll Group Regional General Manager of Greater China.
Toll has grown rapidly in China over the past two years. The company has opened multiple new facilities in South China, East China, and Hong Kong. These investments reinforce Toll’s long-term commitment to the Chinese market and its focus on strengthening local service capabilities in one of the world’s fastest-growing logistics hubs.
