BIO-UV Group strengthens leadership team with key senior appointments

France-based BIO-UV Group has announced three strategic senior appointments as the company moves to accelerate its growth and strengthen its operational capabilities across international markets.

Jean-Philippe Picard de Muller has been named Deputy General Manager, succeeding Simon Marshall. Since joining the company in 2024, he has overseen the Group’s after-sales and services division, now its most profitable and fastest-growing area. With nearly two decades of international industrial experience, he will continue to drive service performance, customer support and new operational systems as part of the company’s digitalisation efforts.

In the UK, Steven Brady has been promoted to Managing Director of Triogen, BIO-UV Group’s subsidiary specialising in ozone- and UV-based water-treatment systems. Since joining Triogen last year, he has focused on production optimisation and engineering alignment. In his new role, he will lead the next phase of Triogen’s development by strengthening design capabilities, improving coordination between sales and technical teams, and advancing internal transformation projects.

BIO-UV Group has also appointed Patrice Garrigues as European Sales Director for its pool division, bringing sector-specific expertise in commercial strategy and product development.

CEO Laurent-Emmanuel Migeon welcomed the new appointments, stating: “I am delighted to announce the promotion of two talented and committed individuals within BIO-UV Group… I am also very pleased to welcome Patrice Garrigues to our team.” He also thanked outgoing Deputy General Manager Simon Marshall for his “remarkable contributions” over the past six years, including the acquisition of Triogen and the Group’s international expansion.

According to the company, these leadership changes align with BIO-UV Group’s long-term strategy to strengthen its management structure, accelerate organisational transformation and reinforce its position in the growing global market for advanced, environmentally responsible water-treatment technologies.
