WiseTech Global and Elm team up

WiseTech Global and Elm Company have agreed to collaborate on advancing digital innovation in Saudi Arabia’s logistics sector.

The two companies signed a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding during the Saudi Supply Chain and Logistics Conference 2025 on 13 December. The agreement sets a framework for cooperation on technology-driven solutions that support the Kingdom’s digital transformation goals.

Under the MoU, WiseTech Global and Elm plan to explore modern technologies to improve efficiency and overall performance across logistics operations. The collaboration will focus on digital tools that streamline processes, enhance customer experience, and deliver flexible, high-quality services.

The partnership also aims to strengthen knowledge sharing and joint development of technology solutions. Both parties seek to support sustainable growth and long-term value creation within the logistics ecosystem.

Elm was represented at the signing by Hesham S. AlNaser, Vice President – Logistics Products. WiseTech Global was represented by Vlad Bilanovsky, Chief Execution Officer.

Elm said the collaboration aligns with its role as a key digital enabler for government and private-sector entities in Saudi Arabia. WiseTech Global highlighted Saudi Arabia as a strategic market with strong potential for logistics innovation and digital growth.
