ROSHN and Agility launch $667M logistics park in Jeddah

ROSHN Group and Agility Logistics Parks have formed a 50:50 joint venture to develop a major Grade A logistics park in Jeddah. The project is valued at over SAR 2.5 billion ($667 million).

Strategic Location

The project will cover 1.3 million square meters of land in Jeddah, one of the main trade gateways in Saudi Arabia. The location provides strong access to national logistics corridors.

Large-Scale Development

The partners will build the logistics park in three phases.
The development will deliver around 650,000 square meters of warehousing and commercial space.

Construction is expected to start in Q4 2026.

Supporting Saudi Logistics Growth

The joint venture supports the expansion of Saudi Arabia’s logistics and industrial infrastructure. It also strengthens the country’s supply chain network.

The initial agreement was signed during the Public Investment Forum in Riyadh.
