Bolloré posts €348 million net income for 2025
Bolloré’s Board of Directors approved the 2025 financial results on March 17, 2026. Net income reached €351 million. Net income Group share stood at €348 million.
Revenue totalled €2,926 million, down 9% at constant scope and exchange rates. Bolloré Energy generated €2,511 million, falling 9% on lower energy prices. The Industry segment posted €310 million, dropping 13% from a strong 2024 driven by bus sales to Paris transit operator RATP.
Adjusted operating income (EBITA) hit €286 million, a sharp recovery from just €1 million in 2024. The Communications segment led the charge with €476 million. Universal Music Group powered much of that gain. Canal+, Louis Hachette Group, Havas and Vivendi also contributed for the full year under equity-accounting. Bolloré Energy added €53 million, up 18%, on stronger margins and tighter cost control.
The group closed 2025 with a net cash position of €5,619 million, up from €5,306 million in 2024. Total cash and confirmed credit lines reached €8 billion at year-end.
The board proposes an ordinary dividend of €0.08 per share, matching 2024 levels, payable on June 25, 2026. It also proposes an exceptional dividend of €1.50 per share, totalling approximately €4.2 billion. The payout draws on proceeds from the earlier sales of Bolloré Africa Logistics and Bolloré Logistics, which together fetched around €10 billion. Shareholders will vote on both dividends at the Annual General Meeting on May 27, 2026.
During 2025, Bolloré SE repurchased 35 million of its own shares for €196 million. The group’s listed securities portfolio stood at €10.6 billion at year-end, before declining to €8.9 billion by March 12, 2026, a drop of 17%.
