The naming ceremony for the 7,000 CEU NOCC Pacific was held on November 14 at CIMC Raffles’ Longkou Shipyard.

NOCC Pacific is the first of three PCTCs ordered by NOCC at the Chinese shipyard and is said to mark “a significant milestone in the partnership between the two companies and inject new momentum into NOCC’s fleet upgrading and the global transition toward greener shipping”.

The vessel measures 199.9 meters in length, 38 meters in breadth, with a design draft of 8.6 meters and a service speed of 19 knots.

With a capacity of 7,000 cars, it is equipped with two type-C LNG tanks
