Reuters Selects Nine Women Leading the Future of Supply Chain
To mark International Women’s Day earlier this month, Reuters Events released its 2025 list of Trailblazing Women in Supply Chain, honoring nine leaders who are making a real difference across logistics, operations, tech, and sustainability.
The list features women from major companies like Microsoft, L’Oréal, and Rolls-Royce, as well as founders and entrepreneurs who are changing how supply chains work. Reuters assembled the list through an open nomination process and selected honorees based on leadership, impact, influence, and professional achievement — with a special focus on the past year.
“By sharing these stories, we hope to inspire more action, greater inclusion, and continued progress within our industry,” said Liam Stoker, Head of Market Insights at Reuters Events.
“Our supply chain leadership needs a diversity upgrade,” added Vanessa Clémendot, Chief Supply Chain Officer for L’Oréal North America. “It’s not enough to just talk about inclusion; we need to build it.”
Several of the women discussed the importance of mentorship, sponsorship, and building teams that reflect the world we live in. Others emphasized staying curious, owning one’s voice, and creating space for others to succeed.
