Linda Hickey Appointed to Avolon Board as New Non-Executive Director

Avolon, a prominent player in global aviation finance, has welcomed Linda Hickey to its Board as an independent non-executive Director and Chair of the Audit and Remuneration Committees. She steps in for Denis Nayden, who is retiring.

Linda brings a wealth of experience to the table. Currently serving as the Senior Independent Director at both Greencore Group plc and Cairn Homes plc, she also contributes her expertise to the investment committee of the Irish Strategic Investment Fund. Recently stepping down from her role at Kingspan Group plc, Linda has spent three decades navigating international capital markets and corporate governance.

Denis Nayden has been with Avolon since its inception in 2010, initially taking on the role of Chairman untill 2016 before becoming Vice Chairman. His leadership was pivotal during key moments like Avolon’s NYSE listing in 2014 and its privatization a year later. Even after his retirement from the Board, he will remain involved as a strategic advisor.
