A recent publication by cylus highlights an exciting advancement in rail cybersecurity. duagon, a provider of interaction and control technology, has introduced the D527 Multi-Ethernet Secure Gateway, which now integrates with the CylusOne platform.This collaboration aims to enhance real-time threat detection and ensure compliance across onboard systems for rail operators.

The D527 is designed to meet IEC 62443 standards up to Security Level 2 and features secure remote updates. Its built-in firewall includes a customizable packet filter that can be locked during production, ensuring long-lasting security. Additionally, it can be tailored for specific customer needs while keeping system integrity intact.
