Revolutionizing Project Cargo: Transport Logistic and HLPFI Unite for a Global Platform

According too a recent announcement from Messe München, the organizer behind the prestigious transport logistics exhibition series, a new partnership with heavy Lift & Project Forwarding International (HLPFI) is set to enhance visibility and networking opportunities within the heavy lift, breakbulk, and project cargo sectors.

This collaboration focuses on project cargo through a dedicated exhibition space that will make it’s debut at various international transport logistics trade fairs. Kicking off in Singapore from October 29-31, 2025, this initiative will also feature events in Miami (November 11-13, 2025), Mumbai (Febuary 25-27, 2026), Shanghai (June 24-26, 2026), istanbul (November 2026), and Nairobi (February 2027). This move highlights the increasing need for cross-industry partnerships.

For professionals in project logistics, sharing insights with experts across roadways, airways, railroads, and maritime routes is essential for discovering new efficiencies and business prospects. These exhibitions are not just attracting attention from the broader logistics community; they aim to become central hubs where project logistics can shine—showcasing innovative solutions while facilitating connections among key industry players. HLPFI will spearhead international sales initiatives and curate an engaging conference program featuring top-notch expertise.

“This collaboration offers an remarkable chance to highlight project cargo within some of the most significant markets in our industry,” remarked Andy Salter of DVV Media International. “We’re thrilled about creating a platform that directly addresses our community’s needs while leveraging transport logistic’s credibility.”

“by incorporating project cargo into our offerings,” noted Dr. Robert Schönberger from Messe München’s global team for transport logistic exhibitions,” we are addressing an essential segment of the supply chain. Partnering with HLPFI allows us to establish a premier meeting point that sets high standards for excellence in heavy and project transportation.”

The Significance of Southeast Asia

Southeast Asia is quickly becoming a pivotal market for project cargo due to extensive infrastructure projects along with energy and industrial advancements. The introduction of the dedicated zone at transport logistic Southeast Asia in Singapore emphasizes this region’s growing role within global logistics frameworks.

“Southeast Asia is shaping up as the future hub for project logistics,” stated Michael Wilton from MMI Asia Pte Ltd. “Building on last year’s successful conference—and responding to increasing demand—we’re transforming this initiative into a complete exhibition area at transport logistic Southeast Asia. This evolution enables us to connect global expertise with local aspirations more effectively while promoting smarter and more resilient delivery methods throughout the region.” The first zones dedicated to project cargo are set to launch between 2025 and 2026 across an expanding network of global exhibitions.
