ONE launches new Baltic routes

Ocean Network Express (ONE) has announced a strategic revamp of its Baltic feeder network, introducing new and upgraded services aimed at boosting regional connectivity and enhancing environmental performance.

As part of the restructuring, ONE is launching the Finland Express 2 (FI2), a new green service powered by methanol, alongside an upgraded Baltic Bridge Express (BBX). These additions are set to complement the carrier’s existing Scandinavia Baltic Express (SBX), Poland Express (PLS), and Finland Express 1 (FI1) routes.

The highlight of this update is the FI2 service. This move underscores ONE’s ongoing commitment to sustainability and its broader goal of reducing greenhouse gas emissions across its global network.

The enhancements are expected to streamline cargo operations across Northern Europe by improving transit times and offering wider port coverage throughout the Baltic region.
