Neptune announces bunker adjustment factor surcharge
Neptune has announced a bunker adjustment factor surcharge that will apply to all shipments to and from the USA West Coast, effective 1st September 2025.
The BAF surcharge will be as follows: For shipments from Australia, New Zealand, and the South Pacific Islands to the USA West Coast, the BAF will be US$567 per TEU and US$32.42 per RVT and for shipments from the USA West Coast to Australia, New Zealand, and the South Pacific Islands, the BAF will also be US$567 per TEU and US$32.42 per RVT.
Additionally, an Emissions Control Charge of US$25 per TEU will be applicable on all shipments to and from the USA West Coast.
Reefer and dry bunker rates will be aligned on the USA West Coast trade.
